Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
